STEVEN SNOW

Tenor Steven Snow has performed professionally for over 20 years and has appeared internationally in major opera houses including Carnegie Hall, Opera Company of Philadelphia, Opera Delaware, Opera Cleveland, Natchez Opera Festival, Des Moines Metro Opera and the Lyric Opera of San Antonio. Opera roles include Cavaradossi in Tosca, Rodolfo in La Bohéme, Don Jose in Carmen, Canio in I Pagliacci,Herod in Salome, Luigi in Il Tabarro as well as Edgardo in Lucia di Lammermoor. Steven performed the roles of Eisenstein and Alfredo Fettucine in Opera New York's off-Broadway production of Tales from the Manhattan Woods. Most recently, he sang the role of Captain Corcoran in HMS Pinafore and also appeared in September Song with the Ridge Light Opera.

Steven toured the U.S. & Canada as Juan Peròn in Evita and as Giuseppe in David Bell's Phantom. He has performed numerous roles at Candlewood Playhouse, Light Opera of Manhattan, and the New York Gilbert and Sullivan Players. Steven participated as an International Artist with the Israel Vocal Arts Institute in Tel Aviv. His other appearances include the role of George Ferguson in Living Audio Repertory Company's series of dramas set in northern Québec and the WHYY-TV12 special South Philly Italian Style. He has also been seen singing the National Anthem for the Somerset Patriots, Philadelphia Flyers and Trenton Thunder. Steven graduated from the Academy of Vocal Arts in Philadelphia and is also a member of the voice faculty at Caldwell College. Steven's students perform around the country and have been accepted into many prestigious collegiate vocal performance, musical theatre and music education programs. He is a member of both the National Association of Teachers of Singing and the New York Singing Teachers Association. Steven accepts students in 7th grade or older after an initial paid evaluation lesson.
